Basil Plastiras, has over 30 years of experience as a trial attorney, expert witness, mediator, arbitrator, and real estate broker.

Property Manager

Cynthia Penhallow joined Parkway Properties in October 2012. She has been a Certified Property Manager for 20 years, managing commercial properties in the Bay Area.  She was also a Property Accountant for Cushman & Wakefield. 


Cynthia is a native Marinite, graduate of Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, a mother of two grown daughters and grandmother of four.
